Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Client Initiated Cancellations
Clients may cancel their scheduled consultation with Siva Visa by providing a written notice at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time. Written notices should be sent to enquiry@sivavisa.com or through our official contact form on our website.

1.2 Late Cancellations
If a cancellation request is received less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time, the consultation fee will not be refunded. Clients are encouraged to reschedule instead of cancelling to avoid any loss of fees.

1.3 No Show Policy
Failure to attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice will be considered a ‘no show,’ and the consultation fee will not be refunded.

2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only eligible for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to enquiry@sivavisa.com or through our official contact form on our website.

2.2 Refund Process
Upon receiving a valid refund request, Siva Visa will process the refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during the consultation fee payment.
2.3 Non-Refundable Fees

Any administrative fees, bank charges, or third-party service fees associated with the consultation fee payment are non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling Policy
3.1 Rescheduling Requests
Clients may request to reschedule their consultation without any additional charges if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time. Rescheduling requests should be sent to enquiry@sivavisa.com or through our official contact form on our website.

3.2 Multiple Rescheduling
Multiple rescheduling requests may incur additional charges. Siva Visa reserves the right to determine the additional charges based on the frequency of rescheduling requests.

4. Exceptions
4.1 Force Majeure
In cases where Siva Visa is unable to provide the consultation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, technical issues, etc.), clients will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

4.2 Company Initiated Cancellations
If Siva Visa needs to cancel a scheduled consultation, clients will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
