That fee covers:

- Preparation and review of your entire application
- Document checklist and compliance checking
- Lodgement with the Department of Home Affairs
- Ongoing communication and updates throughout processing
- Responding to any additional information requests from the Department

Government visa application charges (set by the Australian Government) are separate and non-negotiable; but we will tell you exactly what they are before you pay a cent.
